There is Physical Reality and there is Experiential Reality. Physical Reality enables us to interpret everything we think, say and do in ways that support the idea that we are separate persons, each free to operate as best we can within a fixed and hierarchical, so called “civilised” society. Experiential Reality enables us to stop interpreting everything in illusory expedient ways and instead to experience life to the maximum, becoming true, “united in diversity” individuals, thinking “outside the box” and leaving behind the zombie-like behaviours of personality level human behaviour. The ability to experience both realities is essential to life mastery.
1 PAY ATTENTION
Those with the fewest pre-conceptions see the most clearly. If we wish to perceive our world as it really is instead of how we have been conditioned to believe it is, we need to find a way to drop the beliefs and assumptions that so often get in our way.
Zen meditation masters describe the importance of regaining "beginner's mind" -- the state of mind in which one observes in this present moment what is actually taking place, rather than what we think is happening based on previous experiences. This notion of beginner's mind points to our original, pure nature and the value of approaching each task as if we had never done it before. The advantage of being fully in the present is that we are not misled by what cues and clues and triggers to memories from the past, so we are more fully able to respond to our present circumstances from a fresh, pure, and probably much more appropriate perspective.
Additionally, the world seems full of whatever we are focusing our attention on. When we think of babies, we see babies everywhere we go. When we see things that trigger memories in us (pleasant and unpleasant), we typically overlay those old experiences directly on top of whatever is happening in the here and now. Even physicists notice this conundrum, and have given it the name, "the observer effect". Start looking for evidence that indicates your wishes and prayers are being answered today, and you'll start finding it.
2 APPRECIATE
There is an art to appreciation, and a reward that far outweighs any problems. The art is that appreciation is a gift of the heart, of the spirit, of the soul from you to another. True appreciation is spontaneous, natural, sincere and freely offered. Being grateful is the best way to receive more of what we most enjoy. Expressing appreciation and thanks feels good and helps us continue to pay attention to what we most love, allowing more good experiences to come our way.
The reward for offering such appreciation is that whatever we appreciate becomes a bigger part of our life. Anything we spend our time and attention on will be a part of our life, but there is something extra-special about the gratitude in appreciation that brings these gifts.

3 REVIEW THE SCIENTIFIC STUDIES
Scientific studies are widely recognized experiments of new ways to understand reality. They will certainly help in changing the ways you see reality. For example:
In the past thirty years, hundreds of distant healing studies have been conducted to help us better understand the connection between our thoughts and feelings and non-local effects in the physical world. Some of these studies stand out as statistically significant, well-designed, double-blind reproducible experiments. They confirm that people are able to influence the health and well-being of people being prayed for, even across great distances, and even when those doing the praying do not know the people they are praying for.
4 REVISE YOUR ASSUMPTIONS
We now know that we can only make predictions in terms of probabilities, and that we can't disregard consciousness or spirit simply because we can't measure those things.
5 ENERGIZE YOURSELF
Take a few minutes to reverse the damage stress causes to your body every day. Breathe love in, feeling it in your heart, and recall some of your favourite memories. These feelings of Love will energize you tremendously, which increases the probability that you'll experience enjoyable reality shifts.
6 REVERSE NEGATIVE SELF-TALK
Our inner self-talk is a running dialogue with the universe. When self-talk consists of put-downs and negativity, it directly interferes with anything good we wish to observe. We can minimize negative self-talk by "flipping" each negative statement around, and making an affirmation out of those negative reversed statements. Posting these affirmations and reading them every day is a powerful way to remove the destructive interference.
7 FEEL NON-LOCALLY INTERCONNECTED
Just as quantum particles are found to be intimately interconnected with twin particles located great distances away, we also are non-locally interconnected with everything and everyone.
8. VISUALIZE WHAT YOU DESIRE
Visualize what you most desire to experience in your life -- all your favourite, wildest dreams -- with the idea in mind that we actually create reality as we observe it.
9. LET GO OF WISHES
The best way to make our favorite dreams come true after we've visualized them is to release them. This gives them the degrees of freedom required to exist unobserved as pure energy waves, before our observation collapses the wave functions and one possibility materializes.
10. CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE
Shifting reality may be acquired by shifting the way we deal with situations. By consciously choosing how to approach each situation, we will eventually change the way we see reality.
Specially when facing challenges or seemingly impossible situations it is important to remember that you can CHOOSE to replace your feelings of stress, fear, or anger by understanding more about the situation. If the situation calls for immediate action "breathe love". The more you practice, the easier it will be, and the more wonderful reality shifts you'll experience!
